HAND SHAPED BY GRANT NOBLE FOR RUSSELL SURFBOARDS
The White Dove is a tribute to an old retired shaper of Russell Surfboards named Al Dove. Al shaped a lot of different board but was known for his Classic Fish twin fin. When Al retired he gifted all his old templates to us at Russells, including his fabled "Rocket Fish" template. Grant dusted it off one day and made a personal board for himself using the original as inspiration but putting his own spin on it, he's been hooked on it ever since. When the south swells start pumping around town Grant usually leaves his log at home and grabs this fish. All of his "white doves" have the true ames TW modern keels glassed on, just like this pack made for Icons of Surf.
